（２） 総 括（１０（１）を踏まえＦＤ全体の総括を記述する） 今回は本学以外の県内大学から参加者3名もいたことはこの話題への関心の高さの現れだと考えられる。全参加者から回答が得られなかったことは残念ではあるが，得られた回答を見ると回答者全員は「とても良かった」あるいは「まあまあ良かった」と回答しており，有用な時間であったことが示唆された。 一方，この話題には法的背景，実務レベルでの合理的配慮の考え方，実際の配慮の実施，障害や配慮に関する講習等，たくさんの要素が含まれている。参加者の回答にもあったように，一つの研修で全ての要素を網羅することは困難であり，話題・課題に特化したワークショップの実施が望ましいと考える。また，日頃の業務に追われている教職員が多く，日本学生支援機構等から出されている様々な資料を全て読むことがほぼ不可能だと思われ，要点に焦点を合わせた，消化しやすい内容の提供が重要であると改めて認識した。さらに，合理的配慮は原則として個別の事情に応じて検討・提供されることから，合理的配慮の考え方や提供方法（補助機器の活用含む）に教職員がより馴染めるよう，継続して講習会を実施することが必要不可欠であると考える。物理的に参加することが困難な方のため，LACS等オンラインで受講可能なプログラムを準備・提供することも有効であると思う。 １１．実施代表者の連絡先 部 局：障がい学生支援室 職 名：助教 氏 名：ピーター・バーニック e-mail：bernick@nagasaki-u.ac.jp 内 線：２９４８ １２．申請者の連絡先 部 局： 職 名： （同上） 氏 名： e-mail： 内 線： 4 I found the workshop very useful and informative and am glad I attended. It was a good introduction to the issues of handicapped student accommodation for faculty members who have not been heavily involved in the issues yet. Overall, I thought the workshop was informative and gave me ideas on how to best work with my students. However, I think the topic was too broad. Some of the participants were interested in helping students with physical disabilities and some mental. I was only interested in learning about students with mental disabilities, since I have only had one student with a mobility issue (wheelchair) in 12 years of teaching, but several with emotional/mental problems every semester. Either have separate workshops or divide the workshop time to focus on different aspects of the topic.
