Purpose: 1.
The “Grand Design for Higher Education Toward 2040 (Report)” and “Guidelines for Educational Management” proposed in 2008, as well as other recent It is necessary to grasp the trend of higher education policy and to carry out university and educational reforms. To this end, it is important to know the examples of other universities, which will also provide clues to find the best way for our university.
